Chris is a shareholder of Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc., where he currently serves as President and COO. In this role, Chris oversees the operating companies strategic planning, budgeting, staffing and overall management, as well as development, contracting, financial management, and implementation of larger projects.
Chris’ experience spans more than 25 years and includes providing geotechnical engineering services on over 2,000 projects throughout Texas and the southwest, serving both public and private sector clients. He is also an active industry leader, currently serving as the Chairman of the Advisory Board for the UTSA College of Engineering, President of the Professional Engineer’s Scholarship Fund, and serves on the Board of the ACE Mentor Program. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado, a Master Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and is a graduate of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Senior Executive Institute program.
